Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales office of Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas. The successful candidate will ensure smooth administrative operations, maintain accurate records, and provide timely communication with guests and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and type offer letters for the sales team, update the sales database and verify information before signatures.
• Compose letters, memos, faxes and other correspondence on behalf of the Director of Sales and senior executives.
• Maintain a prompt and accurate follow‑up and trace system for all sales correspondences.
• Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries in the absence of the sales team, directing urgent matters to the appropriate department.
• Ensure the monthly sales report is completed and submitted on schedule.
• Dispatch all sales‑related offers and correspondence within 24 hours.
• Communicate effectively at all levels and manage administrative demands in a high‑pressure environment.
• Verify that all office equipment is functional and promote proper care of assets.

Required profile

• College diploma with relevant sales or administrative experience.
• Excellent command of English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Highly courteous, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• Thrives under pressure, works well in a fast‑paced team, and maintains a strong focus on quality.

Required skills

• Good computer skills (MS Office or equivalent).
