Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team at Aloft Abu Dhabi, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from proposal to contract. This role involves interacting with guests and clients, handling documentation, and promoting the brand’s image.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying to support the Sales & Marketing department.
• Prepare sales‑related documents including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
• Assemble promotional material packages and maintain brand awareness internally and externally.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify sales data (commissions, leads, third‑party information) in the relevant software.
• Respond to guest inquiries about property facilities, rates, packages, and events via phone and email.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and requests promptly.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Support team goals, develop positive working relationships, and comply with quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of related work experience in sales or administrative support.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• No supervisory experience required.
