Sales Coordinator – UAE

About the role

As a Sales Coordinator at Driscoll’s, you will support the commercial organisation by managing daily operations, customer orders and supply alignment. You will work closely with Account Managers and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift quickly based on product availability and customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process and enter customer orders into Driscoll’s systems following guidance from Account Managers, Sales Leadership and Supply Chain Planning.
• Support customers with order management, expectations on volumes, pricing and availability.
• Monitor supply and demand, adjusting orders based on inventory levels.
• Research and process invoice adjustments and discrepancies.
• Identify potential claims or order issues and follow up proactively.
• Assist Account Managers with reporting and analysis related to supply alignment and pool week closures.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding order status, product availability, transportation and estimated arrival times.
• Coordinate product diversions, ensure timely follow‑up on operational requests and resolve quotation, portal and pricing discrepancies.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives, test new systems and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Transportation, Credit & Collections and Operations to optimise processes.
