Sales Development Representative

About the role

Dandelion Civilization is seeking a Sales Development Representative with hospitality experience to drive outreach across the European hotel market. This fully remote, full‑time position allows you to work from anywhere while representing an innovative digital product for hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact hotels, hotel groups, and hospitality companies throughout Europe.
• Make cold calls and introduce the product in a clear, professional manner.
• Locate decision‑makers such as General Managers, HR Managers, Operations Managers, Owners, and corporate representatives.
• Explain product value using hospitality‑focused language.
• Schedule online meetings and product presentations.
• Follow up with prospects, build trust, and maintain detailed records of interactions.
• Provide market feedback to help refine the sales approach.

Required profile

• Experience in hotels, hospitality, travel, HoReCa, or corporate hospitality sales.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and decision‑making structures.
• Confidence in cold calling and speaking with new contacts.
• Professional communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Disciplined follow‑up and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Open‑minded, flexible, and eager to learn about digital innovation.
• Calm, positive, and persistent sales approach.
• Additional European language skills are a plus.
