Sales Development Representative – SaaS (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth for a leading enterprise HCM SaaS provider across the GCC region. The role can be based onsite in Dubai or remotely from Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia or Jordan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and other demand‑generation activities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assessing business needs, decision‑making processes, budgets and timelines.
• Research target accounts and key stakeholders such as CHROs, HR Directors and Talent Acquisition Leaders.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, webinars and lead‑nurturing initiatives.
• Develop deep knowledge of the HR technology platform, value proposition and market positioning.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer challenges to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Technology or a related field.
• 2‑5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, lead generation or SaaS sales.
• Native proficiency in Arabic and advanced proficiency in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong research, prospecting and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
