Sales Director

About the role

The Sales Director will lead the sales function for One Phone Call Real Estate, a fast‑growing real‑estate firm in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for shaping sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional client experience across residential and commercial portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Define sales strategies, set targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Oversee daily sales operations and guide the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
• Manage key client relationships, support negotiations and ensure high‑quality service throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Coach, mentor and develop sales team members, conducting performance reviews and talent development.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in sales or sales operations.
• Strong background in customer service with a client‑focused approach.
• Demonstrated team‑management experience, including coaching and performance monitoring.
• Business development expertise, capable of spotting new markets and partnership opportunities.
• Previous leadership experience in real estate or a closely related industry is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field preferred.
