Sales Educator – Nail Division

About the role

ADI International is looking for a passionate Sales Educator for its Nail Division in the UAE. The role blends technical nail expertise with sales excellence, using professional product demonstrations to drive growth and expand the brand across salons and beauty professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and training sessions for salon staff.
• Develop and grow existing salon accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Introduce new brands and product lines into existing and new accounts.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure customer retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education and Brand teams to execute business strategies.

Required profile

• Certified Nail Technician or relevant beauty industry professional.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on technical experience combined with strong sales exposure.
• Proven ability to conduct professional demonstrations and convert them into sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially minded with understanding of pricing, promotions and account management.
