About the role
We are looking for a Sales Effectiveness Specialist to support the enhancement of sales performance at Daman. The role focuses on developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring key performance metrics, and driving training and process improvements. You will help optimise sales operations to boost revenue and improve the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate training programs and process enhancements for the sales team.

Required profile
