Sales Enablement Lead

About the role

Scale AI is expanding its EMEA go‑to‑market organisation in the public‑sector space. As Sales Enablement Lead you will build the enablement engine that equips sellers, strategists and partners with the knowledge, materials and processes needed to win complex AI contracts quickly and consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and continuously improve a structured onboarding programme for all new EMEA GTM hires, including role‑specific ramp plans, learning paths, certifications and manager check‑ins.
• Create and maintain a centralised EMEA GTM knowledge base that houses pitch decks, account‑planning templates, FAQs, qualification guides, use‑case libraries, demos and win‑loss analyses, keeping content current and easily searchable.
• Partner with Commercial Operations, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Finance and Delivery to adapt global assets into field‑ready, market‑specific collateral.
• Establish governance processes to prevent knowledge‑base decay and duplication.
• Run a recurring enablement cadence covering product updates, deal deconstructions, customer stories, market briefings and skills training, while identifying capability gaps and delivering targeted programmes.
• Develop practical training on discovery, qualification, proposal writing, technical scoping, public‑sector procurement and stakeholder mapping.

Required profile

• Hands‑on builder with proven experience designing and scaling onboarding programmes for commercial teams.
• Strong collaborator able to work across sales, product, legal, finance and delivery functions.
• Excellent ability to translate complex AI and public‑sector GTM motions into clear, actionable field execution.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining up‑to‑date, well‑organized knowledge assets.
