Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Sales Engineer to join our Dubai office. You will be responsible for generating new business and expanding existing relationships within the facilities management, fit‑out, and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with facilities management companies, owners associations, community managers, property managers and corporate clients.
• Expand business from existing clients by building relationships with additional facility managers, engineers and procurement teams.
• Arrange and attend site visits, capture measurements, photos and scope details for quotation preparation.
• Coordinate with the estimation/admin team to ensure timely submission of quotations and proposals.
• Follow up quotations, support negotiations and maintain a pipeline of leads, RFQs, awarded and lost opportunities.
• Maintain and regularly update a database of clients, contacts, buildings and decision‑makers.
• Coordinate handover of awarded jobs with the operations team and collect client feedback.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of UAE experience in sales or business development within facilities management, building maintenance, fit‑out, civil works or MEP contracting.
• Basic technical understanding of building maintenance and project works.
• Strong communication skills in English and confidence interacting with facility managers, engineers and procurement teams.
• Ability to attend site visits independently and prepare clear scope notes and reports.
• Excellent follow‑up, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred; existing contacts in the FM or property management sector are a plus.
