About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive sales of our neurosurgery equipment portfolio. The role combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen to expand market share in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell a full line of medical equipment, generating leads and converting prospects.
- Recommend and implement improvements to sales techniques to boost performance.
- Provide expert technical support and accurate product information to customers.
- Develop, implement and monitor annual sales forecasts aligned with business goals.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and deliver professional service to new and existing clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience selling medical equipment in the UAE.
Required skills
- Sales planning, forecasting and budgeting.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
- Knowledge of managing processes.
- Negotiation and analytical abilities.
- Market knowledge of medical devices.
