Sales Engineer – MEP (HVAC)

About the role

ROVE ELECTRIC L.L.C is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with MEP and HVAC expertise to develop business in the UAE market. The role involves close interaction with clients to understand project requirements and deliver suitable engineering solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote MEP solutions and support sales activities for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Review technical drawings and project specifications to identify client requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project support and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow‑ups to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in MEP/HVAC sales or business development.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand project specifications.
• UAE/GCC market experience and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
