Sales Engineer – Smart Building Systems

About the role

NAFFCO is looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive growth of its Smart Building Systems division in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying new business, managing key accounts and delivering tailored intelligent-building solutions across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets for Smart Building Solutions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare and government markets.
• Promote and sell solutions such as Building Management Systems, Home Automation, Guest Room Management System, Lighting Control System and EV Chargers.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators and end‑users.
• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare techno‑commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions in coordination with estimation and engineering teams.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline, customer database and forecast reports using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of sales experience in Smart Building Systems, BMS, Home Automation, GRMS, LCS or EV Charger solutions within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes, techno‑commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
