About the role

As a Sales Executive – Corporate at Hilton Dubai, you will be the face of the hotel’s corporate sales effort, generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships to drive revenue. You will work closely with hotel departments to ensure every guest experience reflects Hilton’s commitment to hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by analysing local market trends and competitor activity.
• Grow existing customer accounts and travel locally to expand market share.
• Negotiate group and corporate bookings, preparing contracts aligned with pricing strategies.
• Support business growth through creative local marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to develop comprehensive sales programs.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and provide timely updates to sales leadership.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries to support conversion and satisfaction.
