Sales Executive – Corporate & Promotional Gifts

About the role

Shanghai Gifts Trading LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote corporate and promotional gifts in Sharjah. The role involves engaging business customers, understanding their branding needs, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, provide product information and recommendations.
• Generate new sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, networking and other channels.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert enquiries into orders.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience preferred, especially in corporate gifting or promotional merchandise.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude with ability to generate and follow up leads.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE sales experience and current residence in the UAE are an advantage.
