Business Development Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Lead who understands the Gulf market from the inside. You will identify promising ventures, guide them from the first conversation to a signed agreement, and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential markets and generate leads to create a robust sales pipeline.
• Meet prospective clients, present service offerings, negotiate terms and close agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with client needs and track performance against growth targets.
• Monitor industry trends, attend relevant events and contribute to strategies that enhance brand visibility and revenue.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and market‑research capabilities to identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for engaging prospects and supporting client satisfaction.
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, negotiation and presentation.
• Ability to work independently on‑site in Sharjah, manage time effectively and meet agreed targets.
• Prior experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in a service‑driven or creative industry.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
