Sales Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking dynamic Sales Executives to join Eurocoffee L.L.C’s growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on driving B2B sales of coffee and related FMCG products, building strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers across the UAE.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular visits and effective relationship management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting monthly targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Required profile

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG, coffee or OCS sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong customer relationship management experience.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.
  • Motivated, target‑oriented professional.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software.

  • Base salary of AED 8,000 per month plus attractive commission.
