Sales Executive – Dubai Luxury Resort

About the role

The Sales Executive will join the Sales & Marketing team at Meliá Desert Palm Dubai, a luxury urban resort. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with corporate, leisure and other market segments to drive revenue and achieve the hotel’s budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calls and meetings with key partners across corporate, leisure and other segments.
• Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, pricing and discounts.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms.
• Manage the booking and reservation process, ensuring accurate arrangements.
• Coordinate event details such as catering, lodging, seating and security for group bookings.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects, conduct market research and follow‑up to generate new business.
• Monitor service quality, gather client feedback and identify future opportunities.
• Support the setting of annual sales targets and regularly assess performance.
