Sales Executive – Food & Beverage

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for its Food & Beverage department. The role works closely with the Director of Sales to drive revenue, build lasting client relationships and exceed sales targets across monthly, quarterly and annual periods.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and the sales team to generate new business and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and account plans for the Food & Beverage portfolio.
• Maintain and grow long‑term, value‑based relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Meet personal booking goals and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Communicate corporate policies, SOPs and the Mandarin Oriental Code of Conduct to colleagues.
• Support HR strategic policies, learning and development initiatives, and data protection requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within the hospitality or food & beverage sector.
• Strong understanding of luxury hotel environments and guest expectations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting while maintaining high integrity.
• Growth‑mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
