Sales Executive – Higher Education Solutions (Dubai)

About the role

Cengage is seeking a Sales Executive based in Dubai to promote and sell its learning solutions to higher‑education institutions across an assigned territory. The role focuses on end‑to‑end revenue execution, building relationships with educators and decision‑makers, and driving portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for the territory, from pipeline creation to closing deals and achieving targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with faculty, administrators, distributors and other decision‑makers through in‑person, virtual and phone engagements.
• Deliver product presentations, demos, competitive pitches and training sessions tailored to customer use cases.
• Collaborate with product consultants, marketing, and customer‑success teams to craft customized solutions and proposals.
• Monitor market trends, report pipeline status and represent Cengage at education conferences and trade shows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the higher‑education sector.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to travel regularly within the territory.
