Sales Executive (Hospitality)

About the role

Join the Hyatt Place Dubai team as a Sales Executive, driving revenue growth for a dynamic hotel brand. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support the hotel’s market presence across corporate, leisure, government, and travel trade segments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within corporate, leisure, government, and travel trade segments.
• Support implementation of sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements.
• Maintain accurate account information and sales activities within Hyatt systems.
• Participate in sales events, networking functions, roadshows, and trade exhibitions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry (preferred).
• Experience in hotel sales within the UAE market is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with hotel sales systems and CRM platforms (preferred).
