Sales Executive - Inside Sales - Property (Hindi/Urdu Speakers)

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a driven Inside Sales Executive to sell property solutions to Hindi and Urdu speaking clients. You will manage the full sales cycle remotely, focusing on phone outreach and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Generate leads from cold, warm and hot sources.
• Qualify prospects against product and service requirements.
• Consult with clients on business challenges and propose suitable packages.
• Draft and send proposals via email while maintaining professional etiquette.
• Record all interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Provide weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Give feedback to management to shorten sales cycles and improve branding.
• Represent the company positively in the marketplace.

Required profile

• High school or secondary school education.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar inside‑sales role.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to make a high volume of daily calls and achieve closures.
• Competitive, result‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Bilingual (Hindi/Urdu) is a plus.
