Sales Executive – Outdoor Furniture – Projects & Contracts

About the role

Eeternal Developments is looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to champion a premium outdoor‑furniture brand across commercial and contract projects in the UAE. This project‑focused position will involve building relationships with developers, hospitality groups, procurement agencies, consultants and designers to secure large‑scale furniture contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities for hospitality, mixed‑use, branded‑residence and villa projects.
• Promote outdoor‑furniture collections to developers, operators, architects, interior designers and procurement agencies.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product specifications and tender submissions.
• Coordinate orders, production schedules, shipments, customs clearance and delivery lead times.
• Monitor projects from enquiry through negotiation, order confirmation and final delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Travel across the Emirates to meet clients and develop new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial, contract or project‑based sales, preferably within hospitality, mixed‑use developments or high‑end residential projects.
• Familiarity with tenders, procurement processes, quotations and contract negotiations.
• Practical knowledge of international shipments, customs procedures and delivery lead times.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UAE; a valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM or sales‑tracking systems.
