About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive retail travel sales and expand OTM’s client base within the retail segment. You will be responsible for acquiring new travel agency accounts and promoting our hotel and holiday products to retail clients across the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, acquire and manage retail travel agency accounts.
- Promote OTM’s hotel and holiday offerings to retail clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotes and proposals.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in travel sales (retail or B2B).
- Good knowledge of the UAE travel market.
- Target‑driven with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
