Sales Executive – Specialized Maintenance Services

About the role

Alshaheen Specialized Services is seeking dynamic Sales Executives to drive growth of its high‑quality maintenance solutions across the UAE. You will play a key role in expanding the client base for services such as HVAC, duct cleaning, kitchen hood cleaning, water tank cleaning and other specialized facility offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities for specialized maintenance services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in commercial, residential, retail and industrial sectors.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations and service agreements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments to stay ahead.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in facilities management, specialized cleaning or maintenance services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and an existing client network is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
