About the role

PrimeBox, a rapidly expanding self‑storage and logistics provider in Dubai, is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. You will manage inbound enquiries, build new B2B and B2C relationships, and create additional client acquisition channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end sales funnel, following up inbound leads and converting them into paying customers.
  • Identify and approach prospective B2B and B2C clients to expand the customer base.
  • Analyse conversion data, pinpoint drop‑off points and implement process improvements.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue objectives.
  • Develop and manage referral partnership programmes.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners and direct clients.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably handling inbound leads.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems to track opportunities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on conversion metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
