Sales Manager – Dubai

About the role

Multipolitan is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its sales operations from our Dubai office. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from strategic planning and prospecting to contract negotiation and revenue delivery, driving growth for our borderless‑living platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across target markets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform tactical decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to tailor solutions for clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales strategy development, client acquisition, and account management.
• Strong track record in contract negotiation and revenue generation.
• Exceptional leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with solid market‑analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate within multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with global mobility or immigration services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
