Sales Manager – Europe (Microsoft Ads)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead strategic search advertising accounts across Europe for a leading global digital advertising and technology firm. You will act as the primary contact for high‑value clients, ensuring campaigns launch on time, meet performance targets, and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic search advertising clients, managing end‑to‑end campaign delivery.
• Build strong relationships, understand business goals, and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Microsoft Advertising (Bing) and other search platforms.
• Monitor performance, provide actionable recommendations, and maximize ROI.
• Support client onboarding, account activation, and campaign setup.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and resolve any account issues.
• Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance teams.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in search advertising, advertising operations, or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads); certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of search advertising policies and compliance.
• Proven track record managing enterprise or strategic client relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
