Sales Manager – Facility Management (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and well‑organized Sales Manager to lead business development within the Facility Management (FM) sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will leverage deep knowledge of prospecting, client relationship building, and FM services to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Hard FM and Soft FM services.
• Meet clients on‑site, conduct surveys, and capture detailed customer requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven sales or business development experience in the Facility Management industry within the UAE.
• Strong network of clients in the Dubai market.
• Experience selling Hard FM and/or Soft FM services.
• Expertise in client acquisition, tendering, and contract negotiations.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Outdoor sales experience is preferred.
