Sales Manager – Hospitality IT Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Manager you will promote Shiji’s cutting‑edge hospitality technology to clients across the Middle East. Leveraging 6‑10 years of experience in hotel IT sales, you will demonstrate how our solutions improve efficiency, revenue management and guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the hospitality and F&B sectors.
• Identify, prioritize and research key accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to contract closure and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor on IT solutions.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing and operations teams to align efforts with company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and demos that highlight the value of our cloud‑based solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, IT or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of hands‑on experience selling hotel IT solutions, preferably in hospitality and F&B.
• Strong understanding of property management systems, revenue management and hotel operations.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
