About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead IT solutions and digital transformation sales across the Middle East, primarily in the UAE. The role focuses on driving revenue with government and large enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales in the allocated region targeting government and large‑scale enterprises.
- Acquire new logos and develop opportunity segments.
- Achieve sales targets and lead deals to order closure.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to sales and solution strategy based on market conditions, including innovative PPP models.
- Work within RFP/tender environments and build pipelines for digital transformation and IT services.
Required profile
- Minimum ten years of sales experience in the Middle East, preferably the UAE.
- Proven experience selling IT solutions, digital transformation services, ERP, smart applications, RPA and AI.
