About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Amwaj Rotana, Jumeirah Beach Residence in Dubai. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision‑making.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinking with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Industry experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems.
