Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Manager you will lead business development and customer acquisition across the United Arab Emirates. Backed by a strong brand and innovative consumer‑electronics products, you will build a local customer network and drive sustainable sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the UAE.
• Proactively source and approach prospective customers to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail customers.
• Understand customer needs and create tailored commercial solutions.
• Identify new channels, customers, and partnership opportunities to accelerate growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other teams for successful onboarding and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in e‑cigarettes, tobacco, nicotine, FMCG or similar fast‑moving consumer products.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market structure, pricing, distribution, and competitive landscape.
• Existing network with UAE distributors, wholesalers, retailers or key accounts is highly preferred.
• Excellent commercial negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑oriented.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
