Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the hotel’s sales strategy across assigned market segments, driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. Working closely with a dynamic sales team, you will shape and execute action plans that align with the hotel’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with managerial and departmental executives to deliver premium client service and achieve sales targets.
• Implement and execute detailed sales action plans, aiming to exceed predefined objectives.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing for transient and group business, and secure optimal terms for the property.
• Generate and nurture sales leads to expand brand presence and market share.
• Maintain organized files for major accounts and ensure adherence to selling strategies during negotiations.
• Develop long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and collaborate with marketing on tailored promotional campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, policies, and regulations to inform sales strategies.
• Periodically review sales performance, identify improvement areas, and apply corrective measures.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, complying with company EHS policies.
