About the role
First Line Medical Equipment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales of medical equipment and supplies in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics and other healthcare organisations, driving business development and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will lead the sales team, identify market opportunities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical equipment and supplies sales within the UAE.
- Proven experience in sales management and business development in the healthcare sector.
- Experience dealing with hospitals, clinics and healthcare organisations.
- Possession of a personal car and a valid UAE driving licence.
- Valid UAE residence visa.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
