Sales Manager North West Africa

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the commercial growth of ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel (EFB) solutions across the North West African region. The role focuses on expanding market share, managing channel partners, and delivering profitable sales results while representing the full EFB portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth of ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel business (plant solutions, equipment, services) in the assigned region.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise sales and profitability.
• Build and manage existing and new channel/agent networks, ensuring comprehensive sales and service coverage.
• Achieve and exceed targets and KPIs, reporting market opportunities and activities via ANDRITZ CRM.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential customers and key accounts.
• Act as primary liaison between head office, product development teams and the local market.
• Prepare quotations, lead negotiations and secure contracts in line with pricing policies.
• Support project execution, providing technical and commercial information.
• Participate in industry events to foster business development and stay informed on trends.
• Travel up to 70% of the time, both nationally and internationally.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development and equipment sales within the target region.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations and develop sales and service teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70%).
• Ability to act as a role model for ANDRITZ values and principles.
