Sales Manager - Off Plan Team

About the role

Banke International Properties is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its high‑performing Off‑Plan sales team in Dubai. You will drive revenue growth, mentor consultants and ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Off‑Plan Property Consultants to exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard and develop top‑performing real‑estate professionals.
• Conduct daily sales meetings, one‑on‑one performance reviews and regular training sessions.
• Monitor KPIs, sales pipelines, lead conversion rates and overall team productivity.
• Design and implement sales strategies to maximise market share and revenue.
• Build strong relationships with developers and key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, launches and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of real‑estate sales experience in Dubai, with at least 2 years managing an Off‑Plan sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
