Sales Manager – Residential Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead residential real‑estate sales for a Dubai‑based developer. The role involves managing a team of Sales Consultants, building broker relationships, and driving revenue from the developer’s property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Promote and sell the developer’s residential projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international real‑estate brokers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
• Support negotiations and close high‑value transactions.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
• Ensure timely follow‑up with prospective buyers and channel partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a real‑estate developer in Dubai/UAE.
• Proven track record in off‑plan residential sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Existing relationships with Dubai‑based and international brokerage firms.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
