Sales Manager – Veterinary Pharmaceuticals

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead Nova Pharma Group’s veterinary sales team in Dubai, driving revenue growth across a broad portfolio of veterinary pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, feeds and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, set targets and monitor performance.
• Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with distributors, veterinary clinics and other partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and technical teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Travel within the Middle East and Africa as needed to support regional sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven sales and account‑management expertise, including pipeline development, negotiation and closing.
• Strong team‑leadership abilities: coaching, performance monitoring and conflict resolution.
• Business‑development and market‑analysis experience with strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and presentation abilities.
• Organizational and analytical competence for data‑driven decision‑making and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Veterinary Science or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in sales management within pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors in the Middle East or Africa is advantageous.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and travel regionally.
