Sales & Marketing Specialist – Polyurethane Solutions

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be based on‑site in Dubai, working full‑time to grow a portfolio of industrial customers and promote NEUN URETHANE’s polyurethane products across targeted markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the UAE and regional markets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and technical training.
• Prepare, follow up on quotations and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, both digital (LinkedIn) and offline, to generate leads.
• Gather market intelligence, perform competitor and pricing analysis, and develop customer development plans.
• Collaborate with pricing, logistics, finance and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in polyurethane, chemicals, construction or insulation materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand technical product specifications.
• Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline development, negotiation and achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
