Sales Representative AE

About the role

Simera is looking for a motivated Sales Representative AE to generate new business, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while delivering a high‑level customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers via calls, email, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and generate new sales opportunities.
• Engage prospects to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demos and discovery calls as required.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements within company guidelines.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to advance opportunities.
• Accurately manage leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery or support.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow a structured sales process.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
