Sales Representative – Immunology (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Novartis is seeking a Sales Representative to promote its Immunology therapeutic portfolio in Abu Dhabi. You will work directly with healthcare professionals, delivering compliant, high‑impact engagement that supports patient access and drives business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the ICE field execution framework: segment customers, apply value‑based targeting, deliver personalized omnichannel engagement, follow data‑driven call plans, and document visits promptly.
• Provide compliant, high‑impact customer interactions using approved brand messaging and digital tools.
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to HCPs, explaining clinical data, evidence, and appropriate product use.
• Leverage technology enablement tools such as “next best action” proposals to maximise engagement impact.
• Collect, interpret and share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics, competitor activity, and territory priorities.
• Participate in local events, meetings and promotional activities while adhering to governance standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with TA Marketing, Medical, Value & Access, and Execution Excellence teams.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent education in a relevant discipline.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance.
• Experience in Immunology or Dermatology and launching new products is preferred.
• Solid experience in the UAE market is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and engage key therapeutic area experts (TMEs).
