Sales Representative – Spare Parts (HVAC)

About the role

SKM Air Conditioning LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell spare parts for HVAC systems. The role involves serving existing customers, generating new accounts, and ensuring timely order processing within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries, prepare and send quotations promptly.
• Follow up quotations to secure orders and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare project‑based spare‑parts lists in coordination with the sales team.
• Coordinate with commercial, dispatch, finance and other departments to complete order documentation, export paperwork and credit facilities.
• Monitor spare‑parts inventory movements and conduct periodic market research on pricing and product demand.
• Open new SKM accounts through vendor registration and participate in sales meetings to develop strategies.
• Track outstanding customer payments and ensure receipt of funds.
• Provide recommendations for product and service improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC sector.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Self‑motivated, task‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC systems and spare‑parts sales.
• Computer literacy for quotation preparation and data handling.
