Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead the showroom sales team for OMODA and JAECOO Motors in Dubai, driving vehicle sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role acts as a bridge between management and sales staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with dealership policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and monitor sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Assist sales staff in closing deals and handling complex negotiations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure attractive vehicle display, monitor inventory and coordinate with logistics.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates and market trends; prepare regular reports for management.
• Train new sales executives on products, sales techniques and company policies.
• Support promotional campaigns, showroom events and follow up on leads from digital platforms, walk‑ins and referrals.
• Ensure accurate documentation for sales transactions, financing, insurance and registration.

• Experience managing showroom operations and inventory coordination.
• Ability to analyze sales data and produce clear reports.
