Sales Support Administrator

About the role

The Sales Support Administrator will assist the sales team in the MEAI region by handling enquiries from international customers and prospects. This role ensures smooth order processing, accurate pricing, and strong customer relationships, allowing field sales staff to focus on selling.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process new account enquiries, open accounts and issue correspondence.
• Provide existing customers with up‑to‑date price lists and product information.
• Prepare price adjustments and special project offers.
• Direct prospects to the appropriate distributor or sales representative.
• Proactively manage administration for key accounts and support Regional Sales Managers.
• Follow up on sales processes until order conclusion.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the ERP system.
• Prepare international tenders, manage the tender process and oversee contract award.
• Lead the company’s entry into the Saudi product registration portal (SABER).
• Support strategic initiatives and assist team members as needed.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the sales team and customers.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support or customer care, preferably with international trade and tender knowledge.
• Strong commercial mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English, Arabic and French.
• Mature, open‑minded team player capable of independent work.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of SASO standards.
• Experience with the Saudi SABER registration portal.
