Sales Support Specialist – Emirati Talents

About the role

ABB is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist the UAE sales organization in delivering technical solutions to customers. You will act as a key technical resource during the proposal process, preparing product descriptions, cost estimates and final documentation. The role is based onsite in Dubai and reports to the Sales Manager for the Analytical region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and solutions to customers, channels and sales specialists on ABB products and systems.
• Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine optimal technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain new sales opportunities, ensuring targets for orders, Net Price Variance and Net Promoter Score are met.
• Prepare technical descriptions, cost calculations and final proposal documentation.
• Support achievement of budget goals, volume targets and profitable growth across assigned product groups.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience or a fresh graduate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical or related).
• Strong interest in customer support and accuracy of work.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work with product selection tools and financial cost modelling.
