Sales Tax Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Tax Consultant to join our consulting team in Dubai. The role involves advising clients on UAE VAT, corporate tax, excise duties and related compliance matters, while delivering value‑added solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Stay up‑to‑date with UAE tax legislation and communicate regulatory changes to clients and internal teams.
• Engage with prospective and existing clients, providing end‑to‑end tax and accounting advisory services.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely communication, education on tax obligations and support with registrations and renewals.
• Conduct tax health checks, risk assessments and collaborate with accounting, legal and compliance departments for integrated service delivery.
• Represent clients before the Federal Tax Authority, handle audits, respond to notices and maintain thorough documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax advisory or consulting, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Familiarity with the Federal Tax Authority portal and filing procedures.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
