Sales Verification Executive - Business Banking (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

The Sales Verification Executive will ensure that all business banking documentation complies with regulatory and internal policies. This role focuses on verifying original documents, confirming business activities, and supporting digital initiatives during onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Compare original documentation with digital copies, verify signatures, office locations and business activities to meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Conduct Customer Profile Verification (CPV) using the standard checklist to ensure business activities align with submitted information.
• Collect additional documents, resolve RFIs, and submit complete files to the processing team to guarantee timely application processing.
• Support the rollout and testing of digital initiatives across Business Banking, both in pilot and live environments.

Required profile

• High School Graduate.
• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Team player with problem‑resolution mindset.
