Salesperson

About the role

The Salesperson will work on‑site in Umm al‑Quwain, promoting Rufoud’s cold‑storage and food‑processing services. You will identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships and help the company expand its market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets.
• Meet with prospective and existing customers, prepare quotes and proposals, and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback and support the development of sales strategies.
• Maintain CRM records, track leads and prepare regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and customer‑relationship management abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cold‑storage, food‑processing or FMCG sectors, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple client accounts and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is advantageous.
