Salesperson – On‑site (Dubai)

About the role

FreeQuotes.ae is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join its Dubai office. You will be the front‑line ambassador of our digital marketplace, connecting local service providers with customers and driving platform growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture leads from both service providers and customers.
• Conduct sales calls, in‑person meetings and product demonstrations.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms and close partnership agreements.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow‑up on inquiries.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance the onboarding experience.
• Monitor market trends, gather client feedback and contribute to sales strategy development.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and persuasion track record, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of the UAE services market or experience selling to SMEs and local providers.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage time efficiently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales, business development or account management; marketplace or tech exposure is advantageous.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
